It seems like whatever you're into nyc has its own version or its own version of it. The vans in nyc have a circular window in the back corner of the body. I have no idea where they get this or if its a nyc specific code violation to not have that or something? And you take your van to some shop and they install that? idk. but i havent seen that shit anywhere else in usa.
