chapter 5/6 ?? the whole alligator thing. going into the sewer BENEATH the ground, going on some imaginary epic battle about alligators -the whole time youre wondering how literal this is. is this actually happening? enters the house and fina is into him. job is steady -> spring comes, change, and the job goes to part time, soon to be nothing. she tries to get him to change, get a better job, he knows he can do it but rejects it. he knows whats coming with the playboys. he lets it happen. he knows he cant go into the room with fina in the playboy house when angel goes in, he knwos whats happening but he cant do it. leaves the house. he has ascended, but only thru failure, weakness. whats the world? schliel?
